I truly believe that if I had asked Haylee for the shirt off her own back, she would've found a way to give it to me. That's who she inherently is as a person, and that is exactly how she runs her business.
Haylee absolutely poured her entire soul into my wedding and took my vision and ideas that were stuck in my brain and turned them into a reality. In the weeks leading up to my wedding, she was SO organized and not only did she have the foresight to predict potential problem areas in my plans that I would have never thought of, she had them fixed before I could even blink an eye and start worrying about those things myself.
She is on time, intelligent, thoughtful, and hard working. She coordinated my husband and I's giant wedding party (almost 20 people combined) with the perfect measure of both authoritativeness and kindness. I seriously can't imagine my day without her, and to any future brides I would HIGHLY recommend Haylee. I guarantee she will make your life sooooo much easier.

My spring wedding was delayed due to COVID but Haylee was my ride or die a lot longer than she could have been! She worked with me and put me at ease with not only moving everything but making sure we still captured my vibe 6 months later.
During my outdoor wedding in Galveston, a hurricane decided to come through. I was a wreck. Haylee assured me it was going to be beautiful and just what I imagined despite mother nature’s drama. And it was. It was literally the wedding of my dreams. Every detail, every inch of that venue was my husband and I. She literally captured my dream after one meeting.
Not only is she an incredible event planner but just a force and energy that every bride needs on their wedding day. I just can’t say enough good things about her. Kinda wanna get married again just to see what she’d put together. You are only hurting yourself by not entrusting in Haylee to take care of you on this day. She is truly an angel and miracle worker!! Love her!!!

Hiring Water to Wine Events was absolutely the best decision we made! From the beginning of our engagement, I knew I needed a wedding planner to help me through the process, due to my demanding career and difficulty making decisions. After my first call with Haylee around a year before our wedding, I immediately knew that she was the perfect fit for us. Not only was she highly experienced, but also very organized, professional, creative, kind and personable. Even though the pandemic put a strain on planning, Haylee made me feel so comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions and held my hand every step of the way. She created a design that pulled my vision together within our budget, gave fantastic vendor recommendations, and kept us on track and organized throughout the process.
About 6 months before our wedding, Haylee informed us that she was expecting a baby and her due date was just a few weeks before our wedding. I cannot lie and say that I didn’t initially freak out, but Haylee assured me that everything would be taken care of and would have her lead coordinator, Morgan, present for our big day. And she was absolutely right – our wedding went SO smoothly! Morgan (with the aid of Haylee virtually) made sure that every detail was coordinated, and I can honestly say that nothing went wrong! My entire vision was executed perfectly, and we were able to enjoy our day completely stress-free.
Now looking back a year later and reminiscing our special day, I am still blown away by how everything came together so seamlessly, all because of Haylee and her team! I cannot recommend Haylee and Water to Wine enough!!

If you have 2nd thoughts about paying for a planner, thinking, “I can do it myself,” let me stop you right there. Put Haylee down as the first thing on your budget & build everything else around it.
Your bridesmaids & groomsmen will be busier than you think on that day & no one wants to make their parents run around holding the day together. You can’t show the caterers where to put the extra cake when you’re stuck in hair & make-up, or check on the DJ set up when you’re hiding away in the room so the groom doesn’t see you. And you will never be able to predict how many little things go awry or how many times your mom & dad, your in-laws, or you & the groom will get bugged, derailed, & questioned on your big day if you don’t have a planner.
Having Haylee eliminated all those scenarios for us. She handled everything with a calm, capable demeanor. She is highly experienced & put out fires before I or my husband could notice. She communicated with our vendors and gave me checklists to cover before the big day, taking care of things I hadn’t even thought of.
If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. And looking back, I would have paid double for the peace of mind Haylee brought us! I was able to relax & enjoy my wedding day, and it’s because of Haylee!
