Victoria and Pearson’s wedding at The Bryan Museum was a thoughtful, well-executed autumn celebration that balanced refined design with a deeply personal guest experience.
The day was structured to fully utilize the property: a ceremony under the gazebo, cocktail hour beneath the tent, and a reception inside the conservatory. Each transition felt natural and well-paced, allowing guests to move through the space with ease.
The design centered on a green palette with touches of burgundy—layered, cohesive, and seasonally appropriate without feeling overly thematic. What set the day apart was how intentionally personal details were integrated throughout.
Victoria carried a brooch from Pearson’s family on her bouquet—a subtle but meaningful way to honor his side of the story. Their seating chart was displayed on her dad’s surfboard, bringing in a piece of family in a way that felt both unexpected and fitting. And in place of traditional place cards, Victoria and Pearson wrote individual letters to each guest—an ambitious and incredibly thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed.
Planning alongside Victoria and her mom was a true collaboration. They were detail-oriented and intentional in every choice, which allowed the day to feel cohesive from start to finish.
For dessert, guests enjoyed both cake and a gelato trike, where they could torch their own crème brûlée topping—an interactive element that added something memorable without interrupting the flow of the evening.
A well-designed day, executed with clarity, care, and intention.
