Full Planning + Design
Our most comprehensive offering — designed for couples who want a calm, curated experience, deeply considered design, and a wedding that’s unapologetically well done — whether that means refined restraint or bold expression.
If your engagement is better spent strengthening your relationship, traveling, celebrating, or simply enjoying the season you’re in — rather than managing contracts, timelines, and decision fatigue — this level of support is for you.
We begin with an in-depth consultation and values-based questionnaire to understand your story, priorities, style, and vision. From there, we lead a fully tailored process that includes:
- Custom concept development and design direction
- Editorial-level design, styling, and detailing
- Full-service vendor curation and negotiation
- Comprehensive logistics, budgeting, and timeline management
- Onsite production and seamless execution
Every decision is made with intention and expertise, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and impact. You stay connected to the parts that matter most — tastings, fashion, dreaming big — while we handle the hundreds of hours required to bring a complex, design-forward event to life.
Minimum wedding budget required. Most Full Service Planning + Design clients spend an average of $800-$1,500 per guest.
Investment: $9,500–$15,000+ (about 10% of your overall budget). We intentionally work with a very small number of Full Service Planning + Design clients each year.

Full Planning + Design client
Guided Planning + Design
For couples who want to stay actively involved, but value having a team of professionals to pull vision and logistics into one cohesive, elevated plan.
We meet you where you are — maybe you’ve booked a few vendors, maybe you’ve started a Pinterest board. Our team will guide you through the planning and create your design, ensuring your aesthetic choices (color, florals, rentals, paper) are consistent and considered.
You’ll also gain access to our digital client portal with:
- A customized planning checklist
- Guest list + RSVP management
- Budget tracker and vendor organization tools
Think of it as collaboration with guardrails: you retain the joy of planning, without the overwhelm of doing it all alone.
Average investment: $5,500-$6,500

Guided planning + design client
Wedding Management + Day-of Coordination
Sometimes called "Day of Coordination," but in truth, no one can manage months of decisions in a single day. Our Wedding Management begins well before your wedding, so we can understand the nuances of your event and ensure your hard work flows seamlessly into reality.
Here’s how it works:
- Access begins when you book, including your online client portal, timeline and floor plan drafting, and direct planner support for questions.
- Comprehensive management begins 12 weeks out (not just the "month of"), when your Lead Coordinator is assigned and steps in to review contracts, finalize timelines and floor plans, and confirm with vendors.
- On your wedding day, our team leads execution so you — and your loved ones — get to be present.
Our goal is not just to “run the day,” but to protect the months of planning you’ve poured in and deliver them with calm precision.
Average investment: $2,500–$3,500.
