Founded on over a decade of experience in the wedding and hospitality industry, Water to Wine Events brings a design-led and experience-driven approach to your wedding. Our elevated, romantic, and contemporary signature style is interwoven with your vision and personality to create an event that couldn't belong to anyone but you.

Over the years, we’ve fine-tuned our signature planning process into phases that allow you to stay on track, know what's ahead, and complete each task without feeling overwhelmed.
By working through these phases in collaboration with your planner, you can rest assured that things are being done right and no detail is left unthought-of.
All clients, regardless of service level, have access to the framework of our planning process.
Our approach to design and styling not only focuses on the aesthetic parts of your wedding, but considers all the senses.
From what your guests see and hear to how even a little tweak in your timeline can mean the difference between your day feeling fluid and exciting instead of choppy and chaotic.

MEET HAYLEE

Hi there, I'm Haylee.
I’ve spent the better part of my pre-entrepreneur life in a ballet studio, sketching wedding gowns, and making endless lists. To say that no one was shocked when I became a Houston wedding planner would be an understatement.
After working in nearly every facet of the hospitality industry, I saw a need to serve discerning couples who were seeking both intuitive planning and elevated design for their wedding. I believe luxury lies in things well made and time well spent, and love to work with couples who prioritize style, guest experience, and most importantly, their marriage.
First and foremost I am a follower of Christ, the wife of a wonderful husband, and momma to the most amazing and wild little boy. I enjoy the art of subtle sarcasm, a well-timed curse word, black coffee, and keeping The Office on a loop in the background while I work.
I am so blessed to have turned my calling into a career, and can't wait to help you plan your day.
