And why you need both for a successful wedding
You're excited to take on the task of planning your own wedding, and know you need someone to step in and make sure everything runs according to plan. . . Excellent! While you're on the right track, a couple of issues are likely to arise:
1. You'll begin planning and realize. . . you don't really know where to start, if you're staying "on track", or have a reliable and custom source for advice. There is a ton of information on Pinterest and other big-name wedding blogs, but none of them are specific to your priorities, location, or even length of engagement.
2. The big misconception that a wedding planner can take all your hard work and make it happen seamlessly "day-of". It's important for us to know you and your preferences well enough before the wedding, so that we are able to foresee any potential issues while planning, or know how you'd like sticky situations handled, should they arise.

Once you are officially a Water to Wine couple, we'll schedule your first planning and provide you with access to our online planning suite, which houses all the tools necessary to plan your wedding from start to finish.
We'll discuss your priorities, vendor recommendations, and our suggested planning process. This is also when we create a rough draft of your floor plan and outline your wedding day timeline, so you can reference them as needed while you continue to plan.
We want you to use us as a trusted resource to help you navigate through the nuances of planning your own wedding. That is why we provide you with detailed worksheets, guides, and access to your planner throughout your engagement.
Within the two months leading to your wedding, we'll host virtual coordination meetings and phone calls, begin checking that you've completed the necessary documents, and providing your team of wedding professionals with all the necessary information.
After all the i's and been dotted and t's have been crossed, it's time to put your plans into motion!
Our organized and experienced team of coordinators will be on-site from beginning to end to act as the main points of contact for your VIPs and team of wedding professionals, and to handle any unforeseen circumstances that might arise.
We'll gently lead you through each moment of the day so you can soak in that newlywed bliss and know everything is being taken care of.
